ALIOTH PALACE
Taichung City is located on the west coast of Taiwan, where these twin towers are set to become the tallest residential buildings the city has to offer. The Alioth Palace towers will serve as residential buildings in the elite area of Xitun District, and aims to create an "urban resort" style atmosphere, where its residents can enjoy a quiet life without needing to leave the city, with rich and diverse amenities servicing your every need.
The project is developed by Lien Jade Real Estate with an inviting and atmospheric animation created by us.

SOUQ SHARQ
Created as part of the project presentation of the redevelopment of Souq Sharq, one of Kuwait City’s most iconic waterfront shopping destinations, the animation brings together atmosphere, narrative, and design intent to communicate the vision for this ambitious transformation.
While the film blends seamlessly with real-world references, the majority of the visuals were carefully crafted as CG animations, developed through a traditional production pipeline.

Faced with a limited timeframe, a quick solution was called for to showcase the tabletop animation concept for the Freed Hotel & Residences condo project. Making Unreal Engine the preferred tool of choice. real-time production methods can significantly accelerate the creative and technical workflow.

Created for K8-Properties Development, the project introduces a new residential vision for Belgrade, centered around wellness, green spaces, and elevated everyday living. We had the pleasure of creating the project’s animation, shaping a cinematic narrative around its architecture, atmosphere, and urban experience.

DUBAI MUSEUM OF ART
Working on the Dubai Museum of Art marked a rare opportunity to engage with the architecture of Tadao Ando. Developed by the Al Futtaim Group, the project embodies a refined interplay of geometry, light, and material, demanding a visual approach grounded in restraint and precision. From the outset, our focus was on conveying the building’s sculptural clarity and quiet monumentality, while situating it within the distinct atmosphere of Dubai.
The museum’s complex, twisting geometry encouraged a cinematic way of thinking, where form is revealed gradually through movement, rhythm, and shifting perspectives.
